1. GENERAL

2. USER OBLIGATIONS
The visitor/advertiser/user who uses the Site's services must declare their full and valid personal details that are requested for access to the Site's contents and services, as well as ensure the Site is informed of any change to these.
3. LIMITATION OF COMPANY LIABILITY
The Company makes every possible effort, within the framework that existing technology makes possible, so that the Site's services, contents and options are provided smoothly and without interruption. It bears no responsibility in case for any reason, including negligence, the Site's operation is interrupted or access to it is difficult. Also, the Company bears no responsibility if despite the security measures it applies, 'viruses' are transmitted to users'/visitors' terminals or if malicious persons interfere with malicious software in the content and operation of the Site causing problems in use and generally in its smooth operation.

5. LIABILITY FROM ADVERTISING
The Company bears no responsibility regarding the content of advertisements posted on the Site as well as the user's/visitor's communication with third parties advertised on the Site. Therefore, the Company is not responsible for any issue arising from any conclusion of any commercial transaction between the user/visitor and the third party advertiser.

The user/advertiser bears responsibility for compliance with the above in the content of the material they post and undertakes the obligation to cover the damage and any other expenses to which the Company will be forced for its defense in any third party claim regarding the display of the above marks-photographs.
7. DURATION OF PROVIDED SERVICES
The Company has the exclusive right to discontinue the provision of the Site's content and information when the user violates the terms of the present. The user fully and unreservedly accepts that the Company reserves the right at any time it deems, at its absolute discretion, that the content of a post on the Site is illegal or offensive, generally not in accordance with the terms of use of the present to discontinue said post on the Site.
8. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Site may contain references to websites, for the content and services of which the Company bears no responsibility, nor guarantees their continuous and secure accessibility. Therefore, for any problem that arises during the visit/use of said websites, the user/visitor must contact the respective web sites directly, which bear the exclusive responsibility for resolving said problem. A. Data you provide to us
Part of the services we provide require additional data in order to be able to function. E.g. you must be a registered user in order to be able to save listings and receive notifications e.g. when there is a price reduction for a listing you have saved. The following data you enter on our relevant pages, we store and use for the operation of our services.
A1. Registered user details
You don't need to be registered as a user in order to use the Site. However, for some of our services (such as saving listings and receiving relevant notifications) registration is necessary. If you choose to register on the Site, you will need to enter your email, your phone number, a username and the location where you are (the location doesn't need to be exact). The username, your phone number and the location you enter will appear in the listings you may create as advertiser details. In case you send a message of interest for a professional listing, the above details together with your email will be sent to said professional in order to be able to contact you regarding the listing for which you sent a message. Also, we will use your email in order to communicate with you in case one of your listings is approaching expiration, to notify you about a message you have received on our messaging platform or regarding listings for which you have chosen to receive notifications. In any case you can at any time discontinue any kind of notification by clicking on the relevant link that exists at the end of the email you receive or configure accordingly the respective options in your user profile.
A2. Information for publication
In case you choose to publish a listing on the Site, the listing's material (including photographs) will be available to Site visitors and will be displayed together with the username you have chosen, your phone number, profile photo (if you have entered one) as well as your location.

As you use our services we may receive data concerning you and use these in order to provide our services.
B1. Cookie Policy
The Company informs and the visitor/user/member accepts that the Site may use cookies to facilitate certain services and pages as well as to measure traffic.
